How do I register for Super FileManager?Super FileManager works by allowing you to upload compatible electronic payroll files. To determine if your file is compatible follow our three step process: Step 1: Check your payroll service compatibility with Super FileManagerReview our list of payroll services by clicking here to determine if your payroll file can be formatted to be compatible with Super FileManager. Does your payroll service appear in the ‘Payroll Directory’?
Step 2: Create a custom report*A custom report is one where you can create and format your own report to suit your requirements. If your payroll service offers this option, you may be able to create a report that is compatible with Super FileManager. From within your payroll service, create a new custom report template and format the report as detailed in the ’Payroll Directory’. For detailed instructions on how to create a custom report template from within your payroll service, you can either contact the payroll service provider or your Client Service Manager. Once you have created and saved this template, proceed to Step 3. Step 3: Test your payroll fileTo arrange testing, you will need to download a report using your saved template for the required period. Once downloaded, you should provide a copy of the file to your Client Service Manager who will review your payroll file to ensure it is compatible with Super FileManager. You will receive confirmation on the outcome of the testing.
